We recognize that conflict is a normal and often challenging part of life. Knowing how to communicate to avoid conflicts and how to resolve conflicts in a constructive way are important life skills. We believe facilitative mediation is a unique path to successfully resolving conflicts.
Join us! This summer, CRI is launching its online Conflict Resolution & Mediation Skills Training! This interactive training will include live Zoom sessions, flexible self-study modules and practical, hands-on activities.
Live Zoom Sessions will take place on the following dates & times: Tuesday 6/15 (6 – 7 pm) Welcome & Introduction to Conflict Resolution Saturday 6/19 (9 am – 1 pm) Building Communication Skills Tuesday 6/22 (6 – 8 pm) Interest-based Negotiation Saturday 6/26 (9 am – 2 pm) Mediation Process Saturday 7/10 (9 am – 2 pm) Agreement Writing, Online Dispute Resolution & Small Claims Court
Continuing Education: As a continuing education provider, Conflict Resolution Training qualifies for the following continuing education credit:
- California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists (CAMFT) – 28 hours of credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LEPs, LPCCs, & Psychologists (approval #133293).
